We don't have much new to report this morning. Jake did well on his new ventilator settings overnight and they'll continue to try and cut them back a little more today.
He is getting better and better at communicating. Overnight when asked if he was mad after having his teeth brushed, he gave the nurse a thumbs up. He was really fussy this morning and when asked if he was in pain gave another thumbs up. All good signs.
Awesome news of all the progress. Prayers going out for you all daily. Sending lots of hugs as well.
